It is, yes. As of yesterday it was definitely being released on PS3, PS4, X360 and XBone.

With the exception of Kane/Hawks though the team represented generally exits early or misses the playoffs.
And the ones just outside this list include Heatley (2004, car) and Lemieux (2002, back).
