The only comment Von made in those texts that could have resulted in any criminal charges was: "You gon get your! Believe that."

That could be interpreted as a threat to one's safety.

This doesn't change the fact that Von is clearly a bad person based on what he said in this texts.

It is unfortunate that the ex-girlfriend had to share these texts publicly though.

I understand she wanted to reveal what a bad person Von is. And she succeeded at that.

But the biggest loser in all of this is going to be the child.

Someday, the child is going to read these text messages between his-or-her parents, and read things like "I'm honestly praying for a miscarriage". This could cause the child some bad psychological damage.
