Not only did Josh Jooris appear in his first NHL game on Friday night, but he also netted his first NHL goal in the Calgary Flames 3-2 loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Jooris’s goal made the score 3-2 midway through the third period, but the Flames weren’t able to knot the game after that. Flames defenseman Mark Giordano sent Jooris off on a partial breakaway, with Jooris beating Blue Jackets’ goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky for his milestone marker.… read more
