Mark Stone is a similar level player to JT/Marner/Matthews. He is older so probably less valuable and low future value but right now he is in the same tier as those guys. How do you figure?

On paperHow do you figure?
Toronto legitimately has 4 players better than their best player.
Correct and that should favour the Leafs. Vegas plays in front of one of the best, if not the best, hockey fans in the NHL.We have one of the worst atmosphere in the league. Its a public library
Ryan Reaves when he sees all the Creampuffs in the Leafs lineup Tomm Night:
Good thing the Leafs won't have to deal with him for 51 minutes of the game.
Ryan Reaves when he sees all the Creampuffs in the Leafs lineup Tomm Night:
When Vegas is engage and playing well they are a treat to watch.
The fans and atmosphere in the building should be a huge advantage for the Leafs considering Vegas is accustomed to playing in front of raucous hockey mad crowd.
Ryan Reaves when he sees all the Creampuffs in the Leafs lineup Tomm Night:
Marner/Nylander/Kerfoot/etc stealing the puck from Reaves and blowing past him:
Ah yes yes. Just like Mathews was able to skate past Dillon. And Barrie/Tavares was able to skate past Tom Wilson, etc etc.
Ryan Reaves is an everyday player for the Las Vegas Golden Knights, who was your 2017-2018 Stanley Cup Champions...All while Marner/Nylander/Kerfoot watched from home.
Put some damn respect on Ryan Reaves's name. The GOAT
Is this a Vegas GDT or a Leaf GDT?
Good lord, some of you people. They're 1 point off of us, and have had less injuries and a much easier schedule. Leafs are 8-2-2 in front of Andersen playing well below his abilities.
If all you have to say is Leaf-bashing nonsense, GTFO.
No way Reaves will be put in a situation to even have to think about defending Matthews et al. That dude is far too slow for that.Ah yes yes. Just like Mathews was able to skate past Dillon. And Barrie/Tavares was able to skate past Tom Wilson, etc etc.

Plus they have better forward depth than us. We got better defense and goalies right now flower> Andy thogh they're close
Fixed.lol Honestly though, 2 for sure, when everyone is playing their best 3 or 4 isn’t out of the question. So you are not wrong. Coaching, depth players, backup goaltending, all have big impacts too.How do you figure?
Toronto legitimately has 4 players better looking than their best player.
This fanbase is so negative.
I can't imagine a hockey fan that played hockey being very excited by the loser brand hockey on display here. They can't even cover the loser brand style up with an impeccable record. Babcock basically said they are finding themselves, what are the MLSE brand snowflakes?
Loser hockey is loser hockey. Most hockey guys I know are not very interested in this team. Shocking.
If that's the case than Matthews is being paid 11.6 million as a 73 point player.Career high of 64 points.
Career high of 28 goals.
He's a decent player but give your head a shake.

Look at gp, linemates, usage stone has had. He has been a elite player on both sides of the puck. He is overrated if you think he is clearly ahead of the 3 leaf players. But he is right on track with them right now.
