The Vancouver Canucks Young Stars Classic will take place September 5-9, 2013 in Penticton BC’s beautiful state-of-the-art South Okanagan Events Centre . The tournament will feature a number of notable NHL prospects from the Vancouver Canucks, Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers, San Jose Sharks and Winnipeg Jets. Past tournaments have featured 30 players who dressed in NHL games during the following season, including Jordan Eberle, Taylor Hall, Chris Tanev and Aaron Volpatti. See the future of the NHL today!

Definitely more interested for it this year than last! Lots of potential for the Canucks this round, and I'll be paying attention to Horvat, Shinkaruk, Gaunce, Subban and Eddie Lack (can't believe he's there, he's my age!)

Has a contract to honour still, IIRC.

There is no transfer agreement between NHL and NLA, so he'll have to play the last year of his contract in Switzerland before he can move to North America. So far this pre-season he has 4 assists in 4 European Trophy games.
