Unlucky Team?

Thought I would post my keeper team that did not make the playoffs. 12 teams. 6 make playoffs. Categories are G,A, PIM, PPP, SOG, HIT, BLK, W, GAA, SV, and SV%. Think I just had bad luck most weeks.

McDavid, Stamkos, Giroux, Forsberg, Kucherov, DeBrincat, Gostisbehere, Borowiecki, Hagg, W. Nylander, Hoffman, Del Zotto, A. Martinez, Rinne, Gibson, Jones, Saros, C. Hart.

How the heck did you lose? Strong F group and 3 solid G, though Gibson was injured for a chunk of the season. D is your weakness.

His forward core is a point machine, but don't hit, block or take PIMs often. That's about the only thing jumping out at me.

I actually like his defense, in that they all get 200 hits or blocks, apart from Gostisbehere.

So, injuries/bad luck mostly.

I had Orpik for the year but dropped him to take a guy off IR.

4 goalies? How many can start a night? Seems overweighted.

Also Boro only hits.
Martinez only blocks (this year - a down year)
Hoffman, McDavid, Debrincat help with SOG and points.

Overrall your team has no well rounded, all category players.

I built my team around these players.
Also I run a rather complicated hockey statistics system i made to maximize my fantasy team. Actually turning it into a product for sale next year.

Your defense gets hits and blocks, but they really don't get any points outside of Gostisbehere. I don't like one dimensional players unless it's a super deep league (think 16+). Your forwards are basically points only.

I picked up Saros late because Rinne is a UFA and I wanted to see what happens. I know my players are one dimensional in a way. Which players do you think I should move? We keep 7 plus one prospect which will be Hart. So far I am looking to keep McDavid, Stamkos, Giroux, Forsberg, Kucherov, Rinne, and Gibson. Hopefully I can move Jones for a pick or package something. Gibson just can't stay healthy. I had weeks where I had 1 goal for the entire team and then kill it for the next week.
