Sad day for Capital Region hockey fans. A tough coach for sure but his success showed. From guiding Union to a National Championship against the Gophers, bringing Union Dutchmen hockey to the pinnacle of collegiate hockey, and to the successful development of several players who now play NHL, AHL, Euro, and Olympic hockey . Thank you Rick for giving Union Hockey and the fans your best. Best of luck to whatever is next for you.
