I get that there can be unforeseen and medical issues that can screw up a weight cut... but out of all the promotions out there I don't understand missing weight for contender series. Just might as well not even weigh in.

I can't make up my mind if I love this UFC card or hate this UFC card. I think it's filled with fun fighters, but very little significance and coming back from 2 off weeks, seems a bit weak.

Might tune into the Bellator card, too. Would definitely benefit from adding Bader-Anderson, though.

As Chael says, take the easiest fight, highest on the card, and for the most money. Dawson got offered a main event spot against an unranked fighter with plenty of losses. Probably hoping to put on a show, build his brand, and move up the rankings later.
