Reway should be there with Slovakia.

I'm surprised that people would think I wouldn't know what prospects would be in a tournament. :D

Also no Andrighetto?

The Swiss have never taken part in this and he's too old.

I don't even think Slovakia and Switzerland are sending teams to this...

Neither country has ever been involved in this tournament.

Why US have 2 teams ?
WJC in December-Jan is U21 ?

It's their summer U-20 camp, so they have lots of bodies at camp to look at.

how good is the fasthockey stream? is it worth buying?

Im at work so i'd have to think about if I ever used them in the past or not. I have an acct so I must have but I will likely try and watch a couple games if not more so i'll let you know.

It's a summer tune-up tournament that the USA, Sweden and Finland have been playing for a few years now. That's why the USA has a Blue + white team to make it a four team event, now with Canada joining them.

It helps the teams making selections for the true WJHC's that are played at Christmas every year. When the NHL shuts down for a couple of days, is when the WJHC's start after a few exhibition games. The tournament games begin on Boxing Day morning usually and the last game before the medal round is usually Canada/Team USA on New Year's Eve.

Then Canada goes on to win Gold. Normally, unless something drastic happens like when Russia brought a bunch of goons to start a fight with Team Canada, knowing they had no chance of winning. They figured well let's get them disqualified and it worked, so now teams have to actually try to win without the referees giving them advantages.

Back to the tune-up tournament talk and which team is the favorite to take Gold at the WJHC's.

I guess it's Eric Comrie vs Zach Fucale for team Canada spot gravy points? Granted, I doubt they put too much stock in goalie performance this tournament but it'd be nice to see Fucale put a better showing than Comrie.

Also, how accurate are these height/weights? Hudon is listed 5-11 (180) which is closer to average size than midget.

When I've seen Hudon he's always seemed more smallish than small. He's probably closer to 5'10 though.

For me as long as you're not DD or Gionta dinky then it's not too bad. It's just that we have two REALLY tiny players that screws us so bad. Gallagher's 5'9 and seems so much bigger than those 2.
