Two Questions (Yahoo/LeagueSafe)

Hey guys, so I have a couple questions.

1) I want to start a keeper league with Yahoo. I have created the league, and there seem to be Keeper options in Commish Tools. That said, at no point have I seen any indication that the league I started is a keeper league. If you create a league with Yahoo, is it automatically keeper? Kind of confused.

2) I'm planning on using LeagueSafe this season. Yay, nay? Are there better options?
