CALGARY (CP): An injury to Jarome Iginla seems to be exactly what the Flames needed. With Milan Hejduk re-united with line-mates Pavel Datsyuk and Vinnie Prospal, the Flames have won three in a row.

An 8-4 victory over the Avalanche saw goalie Jason LaBarbera snatch his second win in as many games.

The top line combined for twenty points, led by Prospals seven points, and Milan Hejduks hat-trick.

An injury to Dan Hamhuis has the Flames medical staff concerned - despite rumours of defensive re-informcement on the way.

Iginla is still day to day, and will probably be united with center Jason Williams, and rookie RJ Umberger.

Another good night for the Flames top line - 11 points - beating the Wild up 8-1... pity that I'll probably have to trade pending UFA Prospal at the deadline - he's deadly this year!! 5 Points tonight!
