Ive seen enough of Tavares not sticking up for his teammates, skating away, looking the other direction, to know he is not a leader. Or maybe he is cause the rest of the gang followed his lead. Tampa just re-acquired McDonagh. They have 18 guys signed, and only $5mil in cap space... so it seems likely Stamkos is gone, unless they move other bodies, and he signs for league minimum.

Cernak and/or Cirelli seem like they could be moved out in Tampa, I would have an interest in both but Cirelli would need some salary retention
