Trade Offer (Limited Keeper)

I get: Steve Mason
I give up: Ryan Kesler

It's a 10 team H2H with the standard categories. My goalies are Brian Elliott and Jonathan Bernier at the moment (we're in the middle of drafting from the pool of players that were not kept).

I know Mason isn't a great fantasy option, but should I do it? I currently have Kesler as my RW2.

Safer bet to keep Kesler. His numbers should be pretty good playing in Anaheim.

Mason has potential, but Philly is a pretty brutal team defensively.

don't trade it. Kesler would definitely have a better chance in anaheim to produce. Mason had a good season last year, and I'm not saying that the Flyers are bad or that Mason is bad, but there is definitely a chance that they won't do as well this year. It's dangerous to trade with anyone in the Metro unless it's a definite top end player because who knows what's happening there this season.

The other owner withdrew the offer anyway. Oh well, I was leaning towards not taking it since Mason is very inconsistent, it seems.
