Last time with Matthews and Nylander out we were unable to use the matchup as a measuring stick. Kadri's still out but Nylander has been thriving in his stead.

With Kadri out we won't get to see the hilarious antics from that time Kadri got mad at Giordano, but we will get to see John Tavares play like the most expensive version of Sean Monahan.

In Calgary's case, the first line has been invisible 5v5 since the all star break and a lot of the weight for scoring rests on the shoulders of Mikael "Has used One Move all year and It Works Every time" Backlund, Derek "Mormon Brayden Point except Less Good" Ryan, Sam "Doesn't Actually Score Because He's Cursed But Still The Best Player on the Ice" Bennett, and Austin "Charmin Soft and even Softer Touch" Czarnik, and Mark "Oilers Fans Want Him To Retire Already" Giordano.

Hopefully we can get the offense going properly.
