Everyone knows about Ovechkin's longevity as a goal scorer. There has been less talk about his longevity as a point scorer.
His 15 seasons as top 20 in points is good for 6th overall, which is higher than I expected. The last player to have at least 15 seasons in the top 20 was Gretzky, almost 30 years ago.
