Oops, sorry - I forgot this morning. Have had a weird day.

With all seriousness, please stop joke-voting for Backlund - it messes with the tallies. I’m writing about these results on my website as soon as the Top 10 is up - I’d like the results to matter. Thanks

i really think regehr deserves it. I think his game injuring our top line at the end of the year made me realize again what a force he is physically. backlund is more meme than he is man he doesn't belong up there

Should absolutely be Joe.

Regehr is maybe the only player I would take before Roberts at #6.
Tough one for me though....

Has to be Niewy IMO. Then I wanna say Gilmour because he was such a stud player, but Roberts probably meant more to th Flames for a longer period. Vernon and Regehr are definitely right there as well.

If people didn't watch Niewy though, it's a shame. In his prime I would compare him to a Ryan Johansen, maybe.

I wouldn't say Gilmour just yet. He only played 2 and a half seasons here in the last 25 years.

No.

This way is better - it symbolises the talent - or lack thereof - since the cup win.

The only noticeable guys missing, really, would be Kent, Guy Chouinard, and Reggie Lemelin.

I dunno, I have a really hard time only voting for some players based on 1-2 years.

Lanny?

I agree, it is tough because that was our most talented era ever, and we are cutting a line in the middle of the career of some of the best players we ever had. But the line has to be drawn somewhere I guess, and not many on here remember those heydays.

Yeah, and him, and Peplinski too. But I stand by what I said.
