Liljegren needs to be sent down immediately if he's not playing. He's on an absolute tear in the AHL, and him sitting in the press box does absolutely f***ing nothing for his development. Go sign Frankie Corrado if you need a guy to sit in the press box.

I was fine with him being called up during off days, but since he's now missed an AHL game and isn't playing with the Leafs this is a major issue.

Imagine going up to a player and telling him "we will sign you to sit in the press box". Nobody will sign up for that.

We all know that eventually a Leafs RHD will get injured. It's just the way the season is going.

It's good to have him at some practises with the big club even if he doesn't play.
