Minimum is 7 days I believe, so if it's retro to 12/31 it would be 1/6.

LTIR is a lot longer, which I just about always confuse "regular' IR with.

Right, because his 6.75 million dollar replacement will be playing, so it will be a fair evaluation. Let alone the assets we get back in the trade. lol
