Huh? At the very least I would believe that Zinger has his fingerprints all over the decision.

What do you think is a more realistic comment from Noel:

"Thorburn is out, call St. John and get me Cormier"

or

"Thorburn is out, call St. John and get me who you think is playing well and deserves an opportunity to play in Winnipeg"?

Neither. Noel would discuss it with his GM. His GM would discuss it with the staff in St. Johns about what type of player they currently need to call up. The GM would make the final decision.
