I watched one episode, but stopped. Sunderland is not a legendary team unlike the Habs. Nobody expects them to win anything, their last PL title is older than my grandfather and they never won any CL or a EL.
English football fans are crazier than us (Habs fans) when they support their teams.

We are more like Ac Milan a struggling team with a great legacy.

But I can see your point.
