They were both awful. The goal pattern was the same against Fasth.

I think Fasth will start today even though they both had bad games vs Coyotes. He has a shot of stealing the number one spot if he plays well in the next few games.

The stats do say a lot. I've always felt that the team seems a lot more comfortable in front of Fasth seeing as his rebound control is about a jillion times better than Hiller's. It's pretty helpful when you're not scrambling after a routine save.

Isn't there supposed to be a moratorium on *****ing about which goalie sucks less until at least the second page? Oh well.

Hopefully Allen is healthy and we can go back to Allen/Lovejoy Sbisa/Fowler. Getting the home ice ability to control defensive pairing match ups should help as well.

I don't understand why? Fasth has been way more solid overall this season.

On to other things: Looking at the schedule, looks pretty scary in the end of the March. San Jose, Chicago, Detroit 2x, San Jose 2x, Chicago.

I'm going to go with - because Fasth has also been mediocre at best since signing his contract and Hiller is technically still the starter, so they're giving him another chance to prove it.
