Great tacos and mexican fare too if you're into that.
Garbanzo's is a great chain out there if you like middle eastern (gyros) food, there's on across the street from matador and also a nice dispo called the Clinic

Where are you going to be?
After my mom died in 2008 I need some time to get myself together so my wife and I drove around Colorado fishing and visiting breweries... every town seemed to have at least one. You can spend all week in Boulder visiting breweries..My favorite was Steamworks brewery in Durango. They had a beer called 3rd Eye Pale Ale that was awesome. Who knows if all the places are still in business but Left Hand definately is still there, Silverton was cool they had a couple places, Dillon Damn...heck Colorado is like beer Nirvana.

I've heard Czig Meister Brewing in Hackettstown is pretty good. As I've never been in Jersey, can't be sure. I also tend to make my own brew.

I'll be leaving Denver Sunday to go out by grand junction and then south by telluride in the mountains. Been to any either by those places or on the way?

It is fantastic. They're constantly testing new stuff and there's a great selection to try from every time you go.
Their New England IPAs are great and they are constantly doing can releases for new ones every few weeks.

If you are going to Telluride, you might want to drive the Million Dollar Highway at some point... it's some ride. I really liked Ouray. Ouray Brewery and the town, then to Silverton Brewery...the drive is stunning. If you keep going on RT 550 you end up in Durango. I really enjoyed Telluride but I liked the beer in the surrounding areas better. But there are so many places.

Funny. I'll be spending a night in Grand Junction in a few weeks en route to Moab!
If you can only try two of the places right outside The Rock, those would be my two recommendations.
I was supposed to go to Moab to Canyoneer, but my brother and I decided since the weather is supposed to be 100+ every day we would go into the mountains instead

Always make sure I go every time I'm in Newark. I quite commonly spend from 12pm to game time at Dino's BBQ just eating and drinking. Guilty pleasure on vacation! Got nothing like it here in Australia.

Solid play. We're idiots. Average high of 97 when we're going, though I'm told it's a very dry heat so it doesnt feel as bad as 97 does here. Will be carrying lots of h2o. After 4 days in the desert, we're spending the next week in Park City/Wasatch Mountains, so that will be cooler.
Really? I'm surprised American BBQ hasnt traveled the globe. Sounds like a business opportunity. lol

Looks like the board has gotten a bit better today, though.
I can see the avatars now and when I try to "quick-post"(ie the bottom of the page), there is no stinking error.
It looks like....LOOKS LIKE....the problem has been fixed....
.....for now.
