Baseball has the Mendoza Line but the NHL does not have a clearly defined demarcation of what defines offensive ineptitude.
When would it be reasonable to determine that regardless of certain attributes like speed,defensive qualities, attitude, etc a player just does not have the passing and or scoring/shooting skills that are the minimal expectations for an NHLer?
