Exactly this. The front office has their plan. Every player on the roster is playing to win every game--it would be problematic if they weren't. And Quinn is coaching to win.

Not concerned about them keeping anyone. A few wins in a row isn't going to drastically alter their mindset. They know what needs to be done.

Yes true all we can do is to watch the team play - predictions, stats, own wishes based on drafting reasons, and power ranking is all out the window - Rangers is not done yet in 2019 and all this while Hayes is out injured who is having a great season too!
One thing is certain we have a winning culture for sure and that is great to see with many teams would maybe give up before the xmas since the East is a really tough competition to qualify for playoffs in 2018-19 season.
