Oh no. This is really good. I might have to admit defeat.
Exactly that. Wine, butter, garlic, a little chicken stock because the clams were a bit more than she estimated when getting the pan. Tasted great, but was a mini disaster because I'm a moron and totally screwed up the process. I know better, but totally spaced. The chicken suffered the most, but whatevs. The broth was great. We saved it to make some clams linguini tomorrowWhatcha cook them in? We normally do a white wine, garlic and butter sauce but a god tier sub is a good wheat beer.
