Put these two on the same team just to make the announcers life hell.

"Aho steals the puck and it's a two on one. Aho passes it to Aho, Aho back to Aho, Aho back to Aho again, Aho shoots he scores. Aho with the goal, Aho with the assist."

That would be sweet, oh boy.

Haha, that's awesome. Reminds me of those "Link vs. Dark Link" battles in the Legend of Zelda games

If there's an NHL GM out there with a sense of humor, he probably has the possibility to make this happen, considering that they will most likely go in different rounds of the draft.

Clearing, as in clearing the crease. clearing the zone.
As convenient as it would be... No :D

This explains why he went undrafted last year

"We should consider taking this Aho kid with one of our late rounders"
"What are you talking about, he isnt eligible until next year"

No, a clearing as in "a tract of land, as in a forest, that contains no trees or bushes".

Aho =def. Glade

There were two Sebastian Glades
playing game of hockey
mastering their trade of blades.
They were no cocky
though they had all the reasons
to be
playing many seasons
- you see -
in the finest league
of fortune and fame
and reaching the peak
winning and losing - all the same; ain't it
amusing?
Since they both were small and weak
a bit like elves making a name for themselves.
Not cocky nor stocky players of hockey, yet fit, no ****!

And the name was always the same.

There were two Sebastian Glades playing the game
and so well they both faired
that the very name they shared
which will never fade: Sebastian friggin Glade.
Yes we know it is the show
on the ice and skies. Where stars are born. (Like a horn of a unicorn.)

There were two Sebastian Glades playing the game of hockey.
Yet they were no cocky for mastering the trade of blades.
Though they had all the reasons to be since - you see - they
were Sebastian Glades:
two character kids coming from a brave northern land called
Finland.

:D

Before the Finland vs Sweden game, TSN will just waste time talking this.

Not only then but also during the first five minutes of the game -- Gord and Ray will crack some worn jokes about them. Yet, it is all good.

So much work for just a coincidence that isn't really THAT interesting.

I thought it was pretty cool at first though.

I felt Teukka did an interesting job. And while it is true that the coincidence isn't that extraordinary (you had plenty of josé Gomez plaing in plenty of soccer teams across all hispanic countries) ... it opens a door on a very interesting topic.

Great job Teukka.

Finding a coincidence is like :

1 chance out of 1700 that you have a Aho in Sweden. So your chance is 1/1000'000'000.
But what is your chance to have a Bjorn Oswald ? 1/1000'000'000 ... same for a Sven Atalo.
But their is no Sven Atalo coincidence, their is no Bjorn Oswald coincidence. ... which is a coincidence ... actually it is a 999'999'999/1000'000'000.
It is like seing the ID of a car that is number 1 ... you will say : i saw the id 1 !! . but if you see the 153 085 ... you will not say i saw the 153 085 ... yet your probability to see the 153 085 is the same than seing the 1 ... (actually is lower because your eye will be drawn by the 1.

We choose to see what we want to see.

That is the interesting thing ... in fact when studying the coincidences ... we study our brain and its shortcuts and analytical paterns. I find this amazing.

How awesome would be it be if both these guys became impact NHLers? The Finnish Aho is already there and the Swedish one is turning heads.

To see who's who of the A-ho's is a crucial know-who, separate them two is like stopping the show and if you really want to know look after the 0 (zero) after the #2. That's the one to booo!

(this is if you're an Islanders fan)

If a Hurricane fan, remember Sebastian Aho meet in the right corner of the offensive zone preferably more often than not. Far away from Darlings.

This reads like song lyrics. Better check with Bruce Dickinson... yes, THE Bruce Dickinson. Well, except for the other Bruce Dickinson.

2 Bruce Dickinsons in the music industry at the same time... what are the odds? :D
