Good post! You need to have x amount of weeks subscribed before HF lets you start new threads.

You only pay a penalty if you sign FAs that you re-signed prior to July 1st. Schubert didn't have a NTC, so he's fair game (but I agree it's a bit dodgy on Brock's part!).
