Well, well, well, boys.

It’s been 11 days since Elrond Yzerman sent The Fellowship on their quest.

So far they only stumbled in the lush Meadowlands, in the shadow of the Misty Mountains, at the hands of the Devils. Since then they have mastered every battle and defeated all foul creatures that Bettman The White and his Orcs in the scheduling department at Isengart have thrown at them.

Penguins and Senators alike were slain. Tonight they will arrive at the Doors of Durin. It’s a treacherous place that is guarded by the Seattle Kraken.

Once again our heroes have to rely on the leadership of Larkin The Grey

and DeBrincat‘s marksmanship to continue their winning streak.

The NHL thought it was a great idea to play only 1 game on Monday night, 1 game on Wednesday night and play 16 games all on Tuesday night, with each game starting a mere 15 minutes apart.

It's like they go out and figure ways they can make it even harder on fans to watch the games.

Ahhh, today is the "Frozen Frenzy" night where they try to copy NFL Redzone.

Still unsure how it'll work out. Redzone makes so much sense to do. Less so in the NHL... and now I'm realizing I have really little interest when I'd rather just fully watch the Wings game

NHL has multiple teams fight to get into the Eastern Conference so they don't have to deal with late starts.... NHL schedules all 32 teams on one night and pushes start time back because....

I was actually thinking about that since last season. Where did all the cool GDT's go??? I guess FlashyG was the guy that did it? I don't remember but what I do remember was always opening up the GDT with some funny graphic type stuff lol.

It slowed down once we started missing the playoffs. then just completely died lol

I did a ton of the GDTs at LGW with a couple guys for a dozen years, maybe i'll dust it off and toss one out here this year if the mods permit.
