Connolly won't happen if Bread does.
Maybe, with the taxes and all, you know, maybe 13 is what it'll take for them to beat our offer? Maybe Bread's agent is seeing if he can get DT to panic and up his offer. It's not yet midnight, nothing is written in stone yet
Speaking of stone, we don't go from trying to acquire Mark Stone to ending up with Brett Connolly. :eek:

I think he was making like 3.75 or something, but wouldn’t mind making an offer somewhere around 6m or slightly under. Anything more is a little much imo but he’s a very solid top 6 winger.
I think that would be a fair price

It would certainly fall flat considering the hype the organization has been producing for the offseason. I wouldn’t consider that haul as one for the ages.
