So 9:2 with France in the end. 2x Plášek, 2x Kvasnica, Střondala, Pekař,, Gajarský, Blümel and Pytlík scored. But I was little scared when we were losing 1-2.
All things considered 4th place is a success. It just sucks Czechs continue to have the worst productivity on all levels every damn year. You just cannot win anything when you score only 2 goals every game.
How hard can it be to teach a player how to shoot the puck? To me it seems like it should be one of the easier things to teach, I am not a coach though.
The 4th places are given to us, it seems. I agree this can be taken as success, shame Dostál couldn't play today. It was not bad season for junior hockey at all, semi-finals in U18 and U20 worlds, Hlinka Final, Bronze in World Junior A Challenge. 10 years ago that would be almost impossible. We must continue to work, but there is clear progress.
