This is like my absolute worst-case nightmare scenario :laugh: with Zary being the one to fall. His skill, hockey IQ, and compete are raved upon, and good fits for other teams, but the Caps really do need to get faster.

Outside a few guys, even most of our prospects don't have that great skating mobility.

Had Zary been picked over Gunler I would have seriously considered Peterka or Khusnutdinov. As-is, though, Zary's hockey sense is too good to pass up IMO.
