kind of suprised they reuped everyone but him.. Its not like he did a crappy job

Hmm...not sure how I feel about this. On the one hand, he was with them for their SC years and in the limited amount of material available on him I liked the general philosophy he expressed towards S&C, so it seems like he was fine. On the other hand, from the (admittedly limited) footage of players training and the fact that Richards claims his struggle was due to not being in shape, it seems like their S&C program has some room for improvement. That's assuming of course the Kings give the S&C coach a lot of control over how the players train.


Hopefully they find a good replacement.
