It’s a game that is going to make your head spin.

The total picture will indicate that this was a fun game to be at. But nearly blowing the game to a bottom feeder like Montreal does not instill confidence. Deja vu.

“TSN Turning Point” was the penalty shot. Had that gone in, the Jets simply would have sputtered. But the last period should the might that the Jets should have showed for the full 60 minutes.

A spirited affair for sure. Not sure if the good times will roll for the rest of this home stand.

I give this a 4.

Another great game by 81-80-71 line. The more they look so good together the tougher the questions get for the Jets coaching staff to answer as to why that line was handled the way it was.

Another insane fact- Svechnikov was not only in the doghouse but out of the lineup in favor of guys like Poganski, Reichel, Veslainen and Harkins, he may not even be playing if Reichel hadn't gotten hurt. From being bad enough to not get in ahead of those guys to being a great 2nd liner... not a good look on the coaches who kept him out.
