Yes. Eichel counts around 8.9m against the cap from when he was put on LTIR.

Re: cap situation, there's about $61m on the roster, plus $2m on IR, or about $16m under cap, so room to activate Stone without further movement.

So everyone should be back by Christmas and if Eichel is aiming for February or March then we will indeed have to clear almost 7 million in cap space.

Maybe a little more if Bischoff gets off LTIR this season but I know nothing about what's going on with him.
