$20 Buy-In, payouts to champion, runner-up, division champs and regular season champ. Fees and payouts would be handled through LeagueSafe.com(used it many times, it's reliable). At the end of the season, the site asks for the league members to approve on the payouts before they go through so there's no worry of any foul play.
