Starting a Keeper League Help!!

So I'm looking to make my first keeper league with some friends and i was just looking for some basic advice based on past experiences!

What website did you use? Did you even need a website?

Possibly just a brief overview of the rules you used would be great! Mainly just looking for roster sizes, number of players you can protect, what happens to the non protected players, as well as how your league ran a farm/prospect team!

I used yahoo, but we're switching to ESPN. It updates more regularly and their phone app crashes less. ESPN has more customization too.

I didn't do a farm/prospect team since my friends aren't too deep into the game.

Really all depends on the # of people you have, if you are doing H2H, or just points.

Protected players I see 4-8 is common. The unprotected players just go back into the draft for next year.

The current keeper I'm in is C,C,LW,LW,RW,RW,Util,D,D,D,D,G,G 18 roster size with 10 keepers.

The one I'm starting this year is 12F, 5D, 2G 8 keepers
