I'd love to play this game. Big Trek nerd.

Unfortunately, I don't want to pay the high price of entry into VR for this.

Games like this make me wonder why you wouldn't release a non-VR version.

The VR pretty much makes the game though.

It's the entire novelty of it.

I mean come on, that would be hilarious to play.

You get to see and hear people's real-time reactions in a virtual world.

I'm not disputing it's value in VR, but I think it could have easily been fun without.

VR is still expensive and that barrier of entry would limit sales....at least one would assume.

I want to get into the VR world so much but the price is still out of my league for something that can end up in a drawer two years from now like Kinect and PS Move did.

Catch 22 scenario, they won't make it last if people aren't buying it but there's been no must have reason to get it at the price they're asking.

Of the opinion Sony needs to take a loss to get them out there and recoup profit later by software and popularity, I think they did that with the PS4 off the bat right?

Right now I only want a VR set for my flight sims, but the costs of the sets are way to high. If the cost of an oculus were to come down to 300 Canadian I would get one.

I just bought the HTC Vive after the huge price drop a couple days ago. Enjoying it a lot! Haven't tried this game, but tried a few others. Lots of fun to be had.
