The Rangers took out Rempe because they added a legit good player into the lineup. But Carolina here is really trying to make the point for all the people who think guys like Rempe make a difference even by sitting on the bench.

Good for Carolina. Force them to play Rempe next game.

Whatever deals Cmac has in mind for the off-season, I pray he doesn't acquire the airhorn guy from Carolina. As obnoxious as it is when watching on TV, at least there's a mute button. If that was going on every few minutes (like it is in Raleigh), I'd never set foot in Ball Arena again.

Rangers back to their "Igor, please save us" game plan. Hey, can't hate on it as long as it works.

Have the Canes even had 5 dangerous chances? It seems like they just take a lot of nothing shots and pump up the goalies stats

Not a ton, just like last game, but I think they've been the better team for the second straight game.

I would agree they’ve been the better team. Just not sure needing Igor to make a pile of routine stops until they get a good counter attack chance is asking him to save them

I find that Carolina just does a lot, but it is a lot of nothing. When the play tightens up, they get further to the outside.
