Golf is indeed a sport. A lot of walking is involved, as well as upper body strength.

I consider it more of a recreational relaxing activity. I don't play it I admit. Its a country club thing. I guess tennis is similar but in that you are running and you're legit faxing someone else. In golf nobody else is there to mess up your shots or anything. You can't distract them. You have to be all polite and stuff. Just lacks the competitive spirits.
