Speediest players in the draft?

who are some of the fastest players in the draft? if you watched/heard enough on certain players, which are fastest with the puck or without it? i know some players are really fast but slow down getting too pucky-happy. of course ovechkin is quick and i've heard radulov is a speedster,too, but who else? especially in the lower rounds, my flyers don't have a pick until the 3rd and i know we need speedy wingers..
