Aside from his numbers (which look pretty good) can anyone give me some feedback on how he's been playing and how well he's adjusted to the NA game?
I think he's officially Danish now but can't play for the Danish team yet.hossy316 said:Should be on the Russian World Junior squad next season.
That's birthplace. He's Danish now. He has no connection now, legal or otherwise, to Russian hockey.hossy316 said:hockeydb.com

His father, Leonid, has played in the Danish league for more than 10 years, and the two of them played together for the Cobras for a couple of years (Slava made the team as a 15-year old).
He originally planned to get a Danish citizenship when he's 18, but it's not going to be easy for a Russian living in Canada to get one. And it might be better for his career if he remains a Russian. But I don't know what his, or his family's, plans are now.
