and fair price for Provorov would be Lehkonen, Ylonen and a 2nd round pick.

get outta here. You wouldn’t even get a sniff at Romanov for Ghost.
Romanov has played how many games in the NHL? Ghost is already a very good NHL D, that would help the habs a lot IMHO, so asking for a good prospect and pick is not that much. I suppose you think Hudon would be fair?

WE will try this again for poster. Rumor is shot down. Canadians fans go wah he is a scratched player when we would be a top 4 pairing LHD for Canadians.Flyers are a deep team that short term will miss Rafll a month and hopefully Patrick back this year and at that point depth is off the chart good. What the Flyers don't need is more depth. The Byron and 3rd round pick offers don't do it. The more semi realistic offer have Canadians offer a past 2nd rounder and future 2nd rounder. Those offers don't wow me.

lol...a quick google search from 2 days ago.

According to the latest NHL trade rumors, the Habs have been talking to the Philadelphia Flyers about defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere.
This report comes from Marc-Olivier Beaudoin, an independent blogger. Eric Engels of Sportsnet, for what it’s worth, says he hasn’t heard anything about the Habs being interested in Gostisbehere at this time.

Who should we believe....a blogger...or a Sportsnet guy that follows the Habs? Hmmm....

Shut this down. AGAIN.

Hm, why can't we believe both? One heard something, the other didn't. Didn't mean one is lying. Unless of course someone have reported that they have received confirmation that there is nothing behind a rumor.

Friedman denied the rumors in his 31 thoughs.

More specifically:

12. Montreal took a long look at Alec Martinez before he was injured. The Shayne Gostisbehere rumours were denied.
