Hell Yeah would work well. It's got the "hey hey hey hey" part for fans to chant to and you really only need the chorus. My only thought is that some uber-sensitive types might pull a "think of the children" type move for use of the word "hell" in the corus.

Love the song but don't think it'd be good for a goal song. That being said, there's a bunch of EDM songs that would be awesome for a goal song but that won't happen.

I like this song and arcade fire, but this ain't a goal song. the tempo isn't upbeat enough, at least not at the :20 marker you suggested.
