Agreed. I thought maybe 1 game just to keep him off the ice vs San Jose ne,t game. 2 seems excessive.

I did not think he needed any supplemental decision either. The hit was definitely illegal. If it was to the head, I would have been screaming for more. But the hit was to the shoulder, just very very late. I am hoping Virtanen learns from this. Next time he could cause some serious injury.
