If this thing gets up and running, I'll take Edmonton. It's a shame it has to be stuck down in this forum with no traffic.

Going to change it slightly if that's okay with everyone. Since the CBA is done, and the real NHL draft is going to be a seven round snake draft, I've decided people would be more interested if we did that. I also won't be doing the lottery myself, instead we'll be using the actual NHL lottery results which should occur tomorrow.

I don't think the lottery's going to be done until later next week.

Yeah, I just saw that too. Someone in the Business of Hockey forum said tomorrow, and I believed it.

Anyway, I think I might just scrap this. I doubt anyway is really interested anymore. And if we wait until the actual lottery, there won't be enough time to complete the draft before the real draft, which will kill insterest in this again. I guess it was just not meant to be.

If you don't want to do it, I'll take over the draft.

It's not that I don't want to do it, I'd love to do it. I just don't think anyone else cares enough (with the notable exceptions of those who have signed up already).

I think you should wait a few more days to see if anybody else signs up first.
