How long I have been a Sens fan: They were always my seccond favourite team, behind of course any team that gretzky played for. when he retired i became a full flegged sens fan. I was never a fan of the blues or rangers i just liked them cuz gretzky played there but i still like the kings though avery is an ***.

How I became a fan: Around the time of the 02-03 playoffs, the history teacher would tape the morning news for us to watch in class, to keep up with current events I guess. We'd beg him to let us watch the sports segment. He'd cave every time. I was kept updated on the Cup run so I started to take interest.

Fav Sens Moment - May 2nd 1998. The 8th seed Sens beat New Jersey 3-1 in game 6 to advance to the second round of the playoffs. I remember Woohoo by Blur blaring as a I sat in my bedroom as happy as I could be. That was awsome.

How I became a Sens fan - Playing NHL 95 when I was 11. I had played with a stacked Detroit team but for some reason Ottawa was dominating the league in the game. I checked out the roster and it sucked. I started reading about the team after that and seen how they developed players and how they were run. Ever since then I became a fan.

How I became a fan: I started watching hockey in the dark years of Canucks hockey when Keenan was doing his damnedest to destroy the team. It was hard for me to watch that team, and as I was coming in without any direct allegiance (Victoria's close to Vancouver, but it's not an NHL city), I decided to look elsewhere in Canada for a team to cheer for and the up-and-coming Senators seemed like a good choice at the time and I've never looked back. Started going to UBC four years back, so my loyalty to Vancouver has increased also.

Origin of screen name: Goes back a long way, became my handle when I was younger and into the Discworld book series by Terry Pratchett. Lord Havelock Vetinari was my favourite character.

The Habs were pretty poor, so I changed rapidly my cheering son form Let's go Nordiques (with a bit French accent!) to Go Sens Go!!! The series against Buffalo, back then when Hasek was Buffalo's tender help me a lot becomming a die hard Sens fan!
