Remember to vote based on all factors and not just NHL readiness. Overall skillset, hockey IQ, upside potential vs floor, age, stats, skating ability, array of shots, leadership qualities, size/strenght, etc

Personally, I always ask myself, who would I draft BPA among these players?

Try to do some research on these kids, particularly the most recent ones. People are free to post links and videos about some of the prospects that should be voted soon, or even try to persuade others why a guy should be voted next! Spread info to help people vote.

Players from the top-30 in 2020 who have graduated since (and still with the organization) :

Drake Batherson, Tim Stutzle, Josh Norris

As we have been doing since 2004, we are going to use the HF criterias for prospect eligibility (less than 65 NHL games and under 25 y/o)

NHL Prospect Criteria - Hockey's Future

However, this year there will be 2 exceptions to AVOID massive turmoil. Like SensBrawler said to me "It's a weird situation due to the shortened season. In most years, they would have easily graduated."

So Tim Stutzle (53 GP) and Josh Norris (59 GP) are going to be considered graduated. The panel of Sens prospect polls experts think that the majority of people would still consider Brannstrom as a prospect, even though he has more games than them (63 GP), so he's going to be among options.

Order of the next prospects to be added :

Benjamin Roger
Kevin Mandolese
Oliver Johansson
Carson Latimer
Philippe Daoust
Viktor Lodin
Maxence Guénette
Jonathan Aspirot
Parker Kelly
Cole Reinhardt
Mark Kastelic
Chandler Romeo
Jakov Novak
Jonny Tychonick
Eric Engstrand
Luke Loheit

And that's with Norris and Stutzle graduations... both are still very young and not a lot of games played. So basically, Sokolov is 11th

I wonder how many teams have that kind of prospect at 11th?

I feel like Kleven is a lock to be a Boro type Dman and has the upside to become something closer to Carlo, everybody else still has a high chance of busting outright and never getting more than a cup of coffee, with Thomson being the most likely to pan out.

Jarventie doesn't inspire me with confidence yet, I like the potential I just am not confident he ever gets there.

Yes, same reason why I voted for Kleven here. Jarventie gives me a boom-or-bust feel, whereas Kleven seems like a more probable case of reaching the NHL in some capacity.

I think Abramov should be added at this point. I would personally rank him ahead of everybody else that's left, despite the possibility that he gets "Da Costa'd" in the KHL.

Abramov has fallen off the map after so many were so high on him to be an NHL regular.

Abramov still could play meaningful seasons in the NHL later down the road, he's "only" 23 y/o

Dadonov came back at 28 y/o. Zaitsev and Zub started in the NHL at 25 y/o. There's obviously a lot more examples than that

As long as Abramov plays competitive hockey in one of the best leagues in the world, he stays a possiblity for the NHL. He clearly has enough talent for it, so the door will stay open for him.

Like Dadonov was still a better prospect than several other Panthers prospects back then, Abramov should still be voted in but not yet IMO. Several guys with real NHL potential left
