That's very difficult to say as those numbers are not public and Swiss rarley talk about what they earn. I'd guess that they spend between 10 and 15 M/year for the salary of the first team.

Their revenue is $60M but they were essentially no profit?

If their payroll is $15M that would suggest their operating costs are quite high.

They operate restaurants in Bern which boost their revenue.
Switzerland is one of the countries with the highest average incomes in the world, which means the pay roll for the rest of the staff (and the staff of the restaurant) is also a notable sum. And you also have to pay another around 30% on each pay for insurances (unemployment, disability, maybe they cover health). Also foreigners normally get an appartment and a car. Life in Switzerland is expensive.

Head coach job is available in the Swiss u17 league at €30,000 per year. So yeah they are probably paying a lot of their revenue on salaries
