We will never know if cherpanov was a safe pick. he had 13 points in 15 khl games in 08-09 before he passed away. I would think he would make the nhl, but you never know.

I'm actually more impressed by the amount of users that accurately predicted Alzner's career.

Yeah, it’s pretty impressive that a f***ing message board’s user were basically 50/50 on safe picks. Outside of Petrecki, seemed like Alzner, Vorecek and JVR were the most common choices. Honestly more impressed than anything.
