Second impressions on Engvall... he skates well, he seems to have some finesse with the puck. Needs to work on his engagement away from the puck, seems a little lost out there, but it’s his first game so don’t be too hard on him. He’s also only seen the ice for about 5 shifts.

Nice win for the Marlies- good game from start to finish. They're back on track. I kind of hate this 2-3 format in the first round, but at least now we play the rest of the series in Toronto.

If they play like they did tonight they should be in good shape.

Miles Woods slide into his knees after getting tripped by Johnsson. I guess it was more precaution because he played for the rest of the period and there was a decent amount of time left so it probably wasn't super urgent.

Doesn't really matter. Kaskisuo was lights out and probably could carry us with Bibeau as the backup.
